A "STOP 0x0000008E" error message may occur in Wdmaud.sys.
CAUSE
Many components have advance logging or debugging features that are used only by developers. In this particular situation, a logging or debugging feature that was causing the "STOP 0x0000008E" error message has been corrected.

When you view the file information, it is converted to local time. To find the difference between UTC and local time, use the Time Zone tab in the Date and Time tool in Control Panel.
