(SP3) on a computer where the SharePoint Portal Server client components are
also installed, you may experience the following symptoms:
CAUSEThis problem occurs because of an incompatibility between
the SharePoint Portal Server client components and some of the updated
PowerPoint 2000 components that are included with Office 2000 SP3. RESOLUTIONThis problem was first fixed in a hotfix that is now contained in a service pack. If you have installed SharePoint Portal Server 2001 Service Pack 3 or a later service pack, you do not have to apply the hotfix.
