If you run UPnP audio/video (AV) media software on a computer that has more than one network adapter, your Internet gateway device icon may disappear. This problem occurs when your network connection (for the adapter that is not associated with your gateway device or is not on the same network subnet as your gateway device) is lost. The problem also occurs when the connection is restored.
