You try to use Veritas Backup Exec to back up a Microsoft Windows XP Service Pack 2-based computer from a remote Microsoft Windows Server 2003-based computer that has the Active Directory directory service installed. In this scenario, you receive an error message that is similar to the following, where ServerName is the name of the Windows XP Service Pack 2-based computer: Logon account 'System Logon Account' failed to access '<ServerName>'. The item was not found CAUSEThis issue occurs if the Windows XP Internet Connection Firewall (ICF) is enabled on the Windows XP Service Pack 2-based computer. RESOLUTION To resolve this issue, use one of the following methods. Method 1: Configure an exception in Group Policy
