Exchange Intelligent Message Filter does not scan e-mail
messages. CAUSEThis problem occurs when the network basic input/output
system (NetBIOS) name of the Exchange 2003 computer that is running the
Intelligent Message Filter is 15 characters long. If the NetBIOS computer name
is 15 characters long, the Intelligent Message Filter cannot bind to the server
