On This PageSYMPTOMSWhen you try to save a document by using a program that uses the Save As feature of the common dialog box, you cannot save the document. This problem may occur in some programs, such as WordPad or Notepad, when you use the following method to save a file:

Quit one or more applications to increase available memory, and then try again. CAUSEThis problem may occur if all the following conditions are true:
