On This PageSYMPTOMSIn Microsoft Operations Manager (MOM) 2005, when you use the Application Log Provider to parse an Internet Information Services (IIS) log file that contains Asian characters, the provider may unexpectedly quit. For example, this problem may occur if the log file contains one or more of the following characters:
