CAUSEThis problem occurs after you upgrade to Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 1 (SP1). Windows Server 2003 SP1 introduces security changes that prevent the MOM-to-MOM Product Connector from connecting to other MOM management servers. This problem also occurs after you upgrade to Microsoft Windows Server 2003 R2.
