CAUSE

This problem may occur when DNS resolution of the cluster virtual server name fails.

WORKAROUND

To work around this problem, add the virtual server host name and the associated IP address to the LMOSTS file on the local computer. The LMHOSTS file is located in the following folder:
%SystemRoot%\System32\Drivers\Etc
Note This method is a temporary workaround. We recommend that you investigate the cause of the DNS resolution failure, and then resolve the failure.
