This article describes how to enable MSI logging of the SoftGrid Virtual Application Server installation so that you can troubleshoot the installation.
To troubleshoot the server installation, generate a log by using the following commmand:
msiexec.exe /i "SoftGrid Virtual Application Server(TM).msi" /Lv* c:\mylog.txt
