Consider the following scenario:
This problem occurs when one or more tiers in a connected management group scenario have different alert resolution states configured.
To resolve this problem, restart the console, and then change the alerts that have a numeric resolution state to a correct resolution state for that tier. To do this, select the alerts for that tier, right-click the shortcut menu, and then click Set Resolution State.
Note When you select multiple alerts for different tiers, you cannot right-click the Set Resolution State shortcut menu.
To work around this problem, use either of the following methods:
