  • 978370 You cannot join an application sharing conference that is hosted in Office Communications Server 2007 R2
  • 978376 Office Communications Server 2007 R2 Applications Sharing Multipoint Control Unit sends the incorrect media relay tokens to clients
This cumulative update also includes the following previously released updates:
  • 972704 In a conference that is hosted in Office Communications Server 2007 R2, an Office Communicator user cannot give or revoke control to a federated Communicator Web Access viewer as expected
  • 968909 When you try to import configuration settings into Communications Server 2007 R2, the Application Sharing multipoint control unit does not register the new media relay for the pool

Note When you apply this update on servers that are running Windows Server 2008 and have the User Account Control (UAC) enabled, make sure that you start the installation of the update (.msp) by using the elevated Command Prompt. To do this, follow these steps:
  1. Click Start, click All Programs, click Accessories, and then right-click Command Prompt.
  2. Click Run as administrator. If you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
  3. Start the update (.msp).

Removal information
