SYMPTOMS

When a Microsoft PowerPoint slide show presentation is running, your screen saver may not start. Note that this symptom may occur even though:

You previously specified a screen saver start time (or waiting period) in a system group policy.
Your computer has been inactive long enough to start the screen saver.

CAUSE

This problem may occur if the Userenv.dll file is not correctly reading the policy change.

RESOLUTION
