This Support WebCast will check out the cool new features that have been added to the Microsoft Xbox Live service. It will also review some hot topics about connectivity, signing up, and making sure you have the tools you require to get the most out of your subscription.

Carl Huntington has worked at Microsoft as a Support Professional for six years. He has supported multiple products, including Microsoft FrontPage, Microsoft Money, and several Microsoft Game Studio titles. He is currently a member of the Xbox Support Team.
