A gap may appear between the shape and the bounding box around the shape

When you insert or open a Microsoft Visio drawing that contains a Microsoft Windows Metafile (WMF), a gap may appear between the shape and the bounding box around the shape.

The number of custom colors increases with every use

Every time that you use a custom color in Visio 2000, the custom color is added again to the custom color palette. This causes the number of custom colors on the custom color palette to increase every time that you use a custom color.

When you open an AutoCAD drawing in Visio 2000 SR1, the attribute layer text is not converted.

Database Model Diagram may not appear correctly

In Visio 2000, if the column names of Entities are double-byte characters, Database Model Diagrams may not appear correctly when all the following conditions are true:
  • The column Conceptual Name or Physical Name of Entities is using double-byte character set (DBCS).
  • The column is set as PK (Primary Key).
  • Symbol Set is set as Relational on the General tab (on the Database menu, click Document Options).
  • Names visible on diagram on the General tab (on the Database menu, click Document Options) is set to the column name that is using DBCS.
