]. This hotfix updates Windows DST support for the [(UTC -4:00) Santiago] time zoneso that DST ends on April 28, 2012 at 23:59:59.999 and the clock reverts to 23:00:00.000. The update also includes the change for DST to start September 1, 2012 at 23:59:59.999 and the clock to advance to 01:00:00.000 of September 2.RESOLUTIONA supported hotfix is now available from Microsoft.
