CAUSE This issue may be caused by an incompatible or older version of the MPEG2 decoder or AVI codec that is installed on your computer. RESOLUTIONTo resolve this issue, contact your portable device vendor or decoder/codec vendor to inquire about the availability of an update that supports the conversion functionality in Windows Media Player 10.
