Time Synchronization issue in Windows Server 2003 systems running as VMware Guests

On a Windows Server 2003 computer that is a VMware Guest system, you may find that the system time is incorrect.
Windows Time Service (w32time) may not work normally in a VMware Guest system. This occurs due to the design of VMware virtual machine.
