SYMPTOMS

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Exchange Server version 5.5. This problem was first corrected in Exchange Server 5.5 Service Pack 4.

All of the attachments in the embedded messages appear in the root message.

The following new Exchconn.ini parameter is available, which limits the level of embedded attachments the Exchange Connector for Lotus Notes supports:

MAXATTACHMENTLEVEL=

The default value of this parameter is 20.
