SYMPTOMS

When you run a performance monitoring tool to monitor Terminal Services in Microsoft Windows 2000 Server, the performance monitoring tool may experience a memory leak if Terminal Services is disabled. For example, if you monitor Terminal Services by using System Monitor when Terminal Services is disabled, the Microsoft Management Console (Mmc.exe) may use excessive memory resources.

RESOLUTION

Hotfix information
