FIX: BizTalk Accelerator for RosettaNet 3.0 generates an incorrect Preamble element in an RNIF 1.1 message

SYMPTOMS

When you send a RosettaNet Implementation Framework (RNIF) 1.1 message to your trading partner by using Microsoft BizTalk Accelerator for RosettaNet 3.0, the trading partner may reject the message.

CAUSE

This problem occurs because the Preamble element that BizTalk Accelerator for RosettaNet 3.0 generates for the RNIF 1.1 messages incorrectly includes a namespace reference. For example, the following generated RNIF 1.1 message includes a Preamble element that contains a namespace reference (xmlns):
<Preamble xmlns:xsd="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance">
This Preamble element is incorrect. The correct RNIF 1.1 Preamble element has no attributes, as in the following example:

RESOLUTION

Hotfix information

The dates and times for these files are listed in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). When you view the file information, it is converted to local time. To find the difference between UTC and local time, use the Time Zone tab in the Date and Time tool in Control Panel.
