SYMPTOMS

Hardware vendors may not be able to complete the Windows Hardware Quality Labs (WHQL) test for a USB floppy drive. Although the test may start, it may not finish.

How to Obtain the Latest Windows 2000 Service Pack

The English version of this fix should have the following file attributes or later:

STATUS
