Symptoms
When you use a WCF-SAP NCO adapter, and you configure multiple receive locations that listen to different ProgramIDs on SAP Server, only one of the receive location works at a time. Each works fine as long as all others are disabled. If multiple locations are enabled, only the first one that was enabled actually listens.
