Improvements

This cumulative security update contains improvements that are part of update KB5033429 (released December 12, 2023). This update addresses the following issue:

  • The ActiveX scroll bar does not work in Internet Explorer 11 or in IE mode.

Before installing this update

We strongly recommend that you install the latest servicing stack update (SSU) for your operating system before installing the latest Rollup. SSUs improve the reliability of the update process to mitigate potential issues while installing the Rollup and applying Microsoft security fixes.
