Applies ToExchange Server 2013 Enterprise Edition

Symptoms

Microsoft Exchange Server 2013 store service crash intermittently when it's database containing public folder mailbox. You may see the following being logged in the event log:Level:    ErrorSource: MSExchangeISMessage:  Unhandled exception (System.ObjectDisposedException: Cannot access a closed Stream.Log Name:      ApplicationSource:        MSExchangeISEvent ID:      1013Task Category: GeneralLevel:         ErrorKeywords:      ClassicDescription:The mailbox with mailboxguid xxxxx caused crash or resource outage on database Level:    ErrorSource: MSExchange CommonMessage:  Watson report about to be sent for process id: 27260, with parameters: E12, c-RTL-AMD64, 15.00.0913.022, M.E.Store.Worker, M.E.Protocols.MAPI, M.E.P.M.MapiLogon.ReadPerUserInformation, System.ObjectDisposedException, 54fa, 15.00.0913.014.ErrorReportingEnabled: False Log Name:      ApplicationSource:        MSExchangeISEvent ID:      1014Task Category: GeneralLevel:         WarningKeywords:      ClassicDescription: The mailbox with mailboxguid "xxxx" has been quarantined. Access to this mailbox will be restricted to administrative logons for 1.00:00:00 since the last report.

Cause

There is data corruption in the public folder mailbox.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, install Exchange Server 2013 Cumulative update 8.
