About this update
This update applies to some reserved devices that are upgrading to Windows 10 from Windows 8.1 or Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (SP1). Before you install this update, see the Prerequisites section.

Prerequisites
To apply this update, you must have Windows Update Client for Windows 8.1 and Windows Server 2012 R2: September 2015 installed in Windows 8.1. Or, install Windows Update Client for Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2: September 2015 in Windows 7 SP1.Note This update doesn't apply to computers that are running Enterprise edition.

To apply this update, you don't have to make any changes to the registry.
Restart requirement
You may have to restart the computer after you apply this update.
