Summary

This security update resolves vulnerabilities in Microsoft Windows. The most severe of the vulnerabilities could allow elevation of privilege if a locally authenticated attacker runs a specially crafted application. To learn more about the vulnerability, see Microsoft Security Bulletin MS16-149.
