A booklet layout setting does not work when you print a multiple-page document in Windows 7 or in Windows Server 2008 R2 if you use a printer driver that uses Unidrv.dll
System TipThis article applies to a different operating system than the one you are using. Article content that may not be relevant to you is disabled.
You install a printer driver that uses Microsoft Universal Printer Driver (Unidrv.dll) on a computer that is running Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 R2.
In Word 2010, Excel 2010, or PowerPoint 2010, you print a multiple-page document by using a booklet layout setting.
In this scenario, the document is not printed in the booklet layout.
This issue occurs because the booklet layout setting of the print job is incorrectly dropped when the Print spooler service transfers data between some print tickets and some DEVMODE structures.
