SYMPTOMS

Consider the following scenario:
  • You install Windows Internet Explorer 9 on a computer that is running Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 R2.
  • You drag an .html file that contains a link into any folder except the Inbox folder in Microsoft Outlook.
  • You click the link that is displayed in the Reading Pane.
In this scenario, the link does not work.
