現象

次のような状況で問題が発生します。
  • Windows 7 または Windows Server 2008 R2 を搭載しているコンピューターに Windows Internet Explorer 9 をインストールします。
  • リンクが含まれる .html ファイルを、Microsoft Outlook の [受信トレイ] フォルダー以外のフォルダーにドラッグします。
  • 閲覧ウィンドウに表示されるリンクをクリックします。
この場合、リンクが機能しません。
