RESOLUTIONTo resolve this issue, you must have the RTM version of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM client for Outlook installed. The version number of the release candidate (RC) is 05.00.9688.53. The RTM version number is 05.00.9688.583 (or a later version). The RTM version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 for Microsoft Office Outlook is available from the following Microsoft website: Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 for Microsoft Office Outlook (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=E35D4E28-CA80-4950-BB93-61DEA69D7993&displaylang=ar&displaylang=en) If you have the RC version installed, you can apply the RTM update through Microsoft Update, or you can manually download and install the update from the following Microsoft website: http://catalog.update.microsoft.com/v7/site/Search.aspx?q=2461082
