You have Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (O15) running on a Windows Server 2008 R2-based computer. The SharePoint parsing process crashes when the service parses a document that is not encrypted.
The issue occurs because the IFilter for MIME files cannot access the certificate store when parsing files that are not encrypted.
Note For security, the SharePoint parsing service runs in a "sandbox" and does not have access to the certificate store. The SharePoint parsing process can only open resources that can be accessed by using the Built-in Users group or the Everyone group.
