SYMPTOMSAssume that you try to view a folder that contains items by using te Group By view in Microsoft Office Outlook in a Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 environment. For example, you use the Group items by Subject view. In this scenario, the items in the folder may not display. Additionally, you receive the following error message: There are no items to show in this view. Notes
CAUSEThis issue occurs because the Exchange server returns an incorrect current table row position of the cursor to Outlook. Outlook checks the unmatched value as not synchronized. Therefore, the items in the folder do not display. RESOLUTIONTo resolve this issue, install the following update rollup: 2582113
