Description of the Microsoft Windows Registry

When you start Microsoft Word or minimize the program, clicking the program button on the taskbar may not restore or maximize the program into view.
CAUSE
The program window coordinates may be stored in an inaccessible area off the screen.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, use one of the following methods.
Method 1: Maximize the Word Program
Method 2: Use the Move Feature in Windows to Reposition the Word Program into View
Method 3: Remove the Data Key That Stores the Windows CoordinatesWARNING: If you use Registry Editor incorrectly, you may cause serious problems that may require you to reinstall your operating system. Microsoft cannot guarantee that you can solve problems that result from using Registry Editor incorrectly. Use Registry Editor at your own risk.
