Issue 1: StreamWriter.Write method crashes after 2GB of data is written on an East Asian language version of 32-bit Windows
Consider the following scenario:
You run a Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 application or a Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 application on an East Asian language version of 32-bit Windows.
The application tries to write more than 2 GB of data.
In this scenario, you receive the System.Argument.Exception exception. This issue occurs because the StreamWriter.Write method crashes. Issue 2: File Download issue in Internet Explorer 8 for a no-cache header request over SSL
Assume that you have a computer that is running Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0. When a no-cache header is presented, and the request is made over SSL, Internet Explorer 8 may not respond to download files.
