Symptoms

Assume that you download a Windows Store app on a Windows 8.1 Preview-based computer. When you view the app in All Apps view, you see that the app was not added to the correct category. 

Cause

This issue occurs because the category information is not copied when the app is downloaded from the Windows Store.

This update is available from Windows Update.
