Symptoms
Consider the following scenario:

You type text into the Search charm to search in a Windows Store app that uses the SearchPane.QueryChanged event.
-
You delete all text that you typed previously in the Search charm.
In this scenario, the app still reacts to a subset of the text that you previously typed.
Resolution
To resolve this issue, install update rollup 2975719. For more information, click the following article number to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:

Status
