Summary

This security update resolves vulnerabilities in Microsoft Office that could allow remote code execution if a user opens a specially crafted Office file. Note To apply this security update, you must have the release version of Microsoft Office Compatibility Pack Service Pack 3, Excel Viewer, or PowerPoint Viewer installed on a computer that is running Windows Embedded POSReady 2009.
