You receive a "Either there is not default mail client or the current mail client cannot fulfill the messaging request" error message when you setup email security in Microsoft FRx

Microsoft Business Solutions-Axapta 3.0 is now part of Microsoft Dynamics AX 3.0. All references to Microsoft Business Solutions-Axapta and Microsoft Axapta pertain to Microsoft Dynamics AX.

Issue

When you try to setup email security for a tree in Microsoft Business Solutions - FRx, you may receive the following error message:

      
      
Resolution

To resolve this issue, launch your Internet Explorer browser and select Tools, select Internet Options, and then select Programs. Then, set the email program to Microsoft Outlook.
