When you start Microsoft Office Outlook or when you click a Microsoft Dynamics CRM folder in Outlook, you are prompted to enter your user name and password multiple times. This symptom occurs on a Windows Vista-based computer.

This problem occurs because the value of the following registry subkey is removed by a Microsoft Dynamics CRM add-in: Note The correct value of the subkey is zero.
