FIX: Small memory leaks may occur when you use RSCA to query runtime statistics in IIS 7.0
When you are using the Runtime Status Control API (RSCA) to query runtime statistics for monitoring the health of Internet Information Server (IIS) 7.0, small memory leaks occur in your application.
This problem occurs because RSCA incorrectly manages the COM object reference counters.
