SYMPTOMS

When you start Microsoft FRx Report Manager, you receive the following error message:
Could not load file or assembly 'System.EnterpriseServices.Wrapper.dll' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the path specified

CAUSE

This error is caused by a corrupted Microsoft .Net Framework 2.0 file.

RESOLUTION

Verify that Microsoft .Net Framework 2.0 is installed. You can do this by opening Control Panel and then clicking Add or Remove Programs. Scroll down the list to find .Net Framework 2.0.
If Microsoft .Net Framework 2.0 is installed you will have to uninstall the Microsoft .Net Framework 2.0 and reinstall it. You can download .NET 2.0 here (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=0856eacb-4362-4b0d-8edd-aab15c5e04f5&displaylang=en) .
