Windows 10 でローカルのユーザー アカウントまたは管理者アカウントを作成する
Microsoft アカウントを持っていないお子様やその他のユーザー用に、ローカル ユーザー アカウントを作成します。必要に応じて、そのアカウントに管理者権限を付与できます。"オフライン アカウント" は、ローカル アカウントを意味する別の用語です。
アカウントを作成するときは、パスワードを選択して安全に保つことが重要なステップであることを忘れないでください。Microsoft ではユーザーのパスワードがわからないため、ユーザーがパスワードを忘れたり紛失したりした場合に、パスワードを回復することはできません。
Windows 10 バージョン 1803 以降
を使用している場合は、手順 4 の「
ローカル ユーザー アカウントを作成する
」で示すように、セキュリティの質問を追加することができます。セキュリティの質問に回答することで、Windows 10 ローカル アカウントのパスワードをリセットできます。
ローカル ユーザー アカウントを作成する

[家族とその他のユーザー] を選択します。
(Windows の一部のエディションでは、
[その他のユーザー]
が表示されます)。

[その他のユーザーをこの PC に追加]
を選択します。

[このユーザーのサインイン情報がありません]
を選択し、次のページで、
[Microsoft アカウント を持たないユーザーを追加する]
を選択します。
4.
ユーザー名、パスワード、パスワードのヒントを入力するか、またはセキュリティの質問を選択して
[次へ]
を選択します。
ローカル ユーザー アカウントを管理者アカウントに変更する

[設定]
>
[アカウント]
の順に選択し、その後
[家族とその他のユーザー]
内でアカウント所有者の名前を選択して
[アカウントの種類の変更]
を選択します。

[アカウントの種類]
で
[管理者]
を選択し、
[OK]
を選択します。
3.
新しい管理者アカウントを使用してサインインします。
