Print background color or image

If you've added a background color or image to your document and you want to print it like that, be sure that the following setting is on:

1. Go to File > Options.
2. Select Display.
3. Under Printing Options select Print background colors and images.
   

1. Go to Word > Preferences.
2. Under Output and Sharing, select Print.
3. Under Print Options, select the Print background colors and images check box.
4. Close the Print dialog box, and go to File > Print.
