To ensure messages from known addresses or domains don't get moved to your Junk Email folder, add them to your safe senders list:

Open your Safe Senders settings.

Under Safe senders and domains, select Add safe sender, enter the email address or domain you want to add, then select OK.

To add a mailing list to your safe senders, under Safe mailing lists, select Add safe mailing list, enter the mailing list, then select OK.

Select Save.
