Chinese coded characters aren't supported in Exchange Admin Center

Symptoms

If characters from the Chinese coded characters set for 2022 (GB-18030-2022) are used in fields of the Exchange Admin Center, you receive an error message that states that the characters are invalid when you try to save the data.

Resolution

To fix this issue, install the following security update:
