EWS does not respond and returns an exception

Symptoms

After you install the February 2023 Security Update for Microsoft Exchange Server, add-ins in Microsoft Outlook and Outlook on the web do not respond and they return a Microsoft.Exchange.Diagnostics.BlockedDeserializeTypeException exception.

Resolution

To fix this issue, install the following security update:
