IIS URL Rewrite Module link is incorrect

Symptoms

Consider the following scenario:

You prepare a single Exchange Server environment.
You copy the build and install it.
You check the IIS URL Rewrite Module link on the prerequisite analysis page.

In this scenario, the link does not redirect to the correct IIS URL Rewrite Module.

Resolution

To fix this issue, install Cumulative Update 13 or a later cumulative update for Exchange Server 2019.
