You experience block deserialization of type exceptions in the HaRpcError location and you receive the following error message:
Deserialization of type Microsoft.Exchange.Cluster.Replay.IncrementalReseedSecondarySeedFailedException blocked due to NotInAllow at location HaRpcError.
