Calendar print doesn't work in OWA from Exchange 2019 CU14 onwards

Symptoms

Consider the following scenario:

• You install the Microsoft Exchange Server 2019 CU14 March 2024 security update (SU).
• You open a mailbox in Outlook on the web (OWA).
• You open the Calendar and then select the Print icon to preview the content.
• In the Print window, you select the Print button.

In this scenario, no print job appears on screen.

Resolution

To fix this issue, install the following cumulative updates, as appropriate:

• Cumulative Update 15 for Exchange Server 2019 or a later cumulative update
• Hotfix update for Exchange Server 2019 CU14 HU5: May 29, 2025 (KB5057652)
